Do you sell yarn online?

Currently our yarn is only sold in our studio. We will be selling yarn online very soon.

Which yarns do you sell?

We stock a range of beautiful and colourful yarns which are suitable for hand knitting, crochet and domestic machine knitting. These include cottons, wools, silk, viscose, lurex, cashmeres and fancy yarns. They come in an array of textures, thickness and quality.

Where are the yarns sourced from?

We source the vast majority of our yarns from the UK, reclaiming from the textile industry.  By purchasing these redundant yarns, our customers prevent them from ending up in landfill.

What are the composition of the yarns?

We have 100% wool, 100% cotton, 100% cashmere, and various cotton/wool/viscose/cashmere mixes.

What are the weights of your yarns?

The weights of our yarns are typically 250g each, but this may vary according to the yarn. Our yarns come in a variety of thicknesses (from fine to medium).  These are suitable for machine and hand knitting.

If I want a yarn of a different weight, is this possible?

The minimum weight we stock is 250grams. If you require larger quantities, please email us hello@knithub24.com

Can I re-order a yarn that I have already purchased from Knithub?

We source the vast majority of our yarns from the UK, reclaiming them from the textile industry.  Therefore, it may not always be possible for us to restock the same yarns each time.

Please speak to a member of staff or give us a call on 0208 706 0703 and we’ll do our best to help you find what you’re looking for.

Do you have a telephone ordering service?

Yes, you are welcome to order yarn over the phone (0208 706 0703)  if you know exactly what you would like to purchase. Payment can be made by credit or debit card.

We use Royal Mail to post our packages and we will advise you of the cost of postage and packaging at the time of purchase. We send UK parcels by First Class ‘Signed For’. This is so we can track all parcels leaving our store.

Do you ship yarn internationally?

Yes, we can ship your yarn order outside of the UK. We use Royal Mail to post our packages and they are sent with tracking information. We will advise you of the cost of postage and packaging at the time of purchase.

What is your refund policy for yarn?

Yarn purchases are currently non-refundable. We may be able to exchange your yarn for a different yarn, if we have it in stock.
