

Put your feet up and learn how to knit a cozy pair of socks. You’ll make your first pair of socks, a right of passage for new knitters! Our expert tutor will guide you towards this knitting milestone.
What You Will Learn in Our Learn to Knit Socks Class
When you learn to knit socks through Knithub 24’s online knitting course, you will:
- Apply sock knitting techniques
- Work with double-pointed needles
- Knit in the round, create a heel flap, short row shaping and shape a toe
- Read a sock pattern
- Close a toe with Kitchener stitch
At the end of the learn to knit socks class, you’ll be on your way to completing a pair of socks, be able to shape a heel and finish off a shaped toe. You’ll have the confidence to start your own sock projects and experiment with new complex techniques.
Suitable for: Improvers/Intermediate level knitters.
How Long is the Learn to Knit Socks Class?
Duration of Class: 2 lessons are held over 2 consecutive weeks. Each lesson is 1.5 hours long. You will be required to work on your knitting project between classes.
Fee: £79 for 3 hours of tuition & all equipment provided.

Equipment for Learn to Knit Socks Class
Equipment and Guidance Notes: We will send you a beautiful crafting box designed especially for your class, with all the equipment you need to get started before the class. This will consist of a 100g ball of sock yarn, a set of 2.5mm double pointed needles, a large eye blunt (sewing) needle and a set of ‘how to’ notes.

Cancellation policy: We will be happy to refund your payment in full if you inform us of your cancellation 5 or more days before the class is due to take place.
If you inform us of your cancellation less than 5 days before the class, we’re sorry that we will be unable to refund your payment. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another date if you so wish. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
